With all of the news and reports related to Tunisia in the different media, which are not always accurate or right, we wanted to take this opportunity to communicate directly about the real situation in the country and to confirm that our plant, like all sectors and industries in Tunisia, is operating safely and effectively.

Like many countries around the globe, the third wave of COVID-19 has impacted Tunisia. During Tunisia’s Republic day, protests nationwide were organized to express the public’s dissatisfaction with the government’s handling of the coronavirus surge. On that day, the PM was dismissed and the parliament was temporarily suspended. Following those decisions, protests turn into celebrations, and the situation went back to normal.

Since the start of the pandemic and global lockdowns, while putting customers first, our primary focus has remained on the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners. We have taken proactive measures to play our part in preventing the spread of the virus and an action plan was implemented to deal with all possible contingencies from the start back in 2020.
We are proud that our business continuity plan has proven to be effective. Despite the sanitary situation, the lockdowns, and the curfew imposed since the start of the pandemic in 2020, our site has continued to operate without disruption and we maintained the delivery of products and services to our customers.

We remain confident that with the continuous update and adaptation of our robust health, safety and contingency plan, the resilience and engagement of our employees, and the trust and support of our customers and partners, we will continue to serve our customers at the level of their expectations.

We will continue to update you on any significant development of the situation or change in our precautionary measures.
Finally, we want to assure, all our customers and partners that our main focus besides the safety and health of our employees is to guarantee business continuity with the best level of quality and service.
